    poor-selection variety; totally-terrible customer service

    "I ordered this shirt because it was one of very few available—out of 10 pages—in a small. (This was a gift for a friend’s birthday.) Even then, the website wasn’t working; which was a third-party, offshore vendor. It took the person 51 minutes to help me o place an order for two shirts. Worse, the two-day expedited shipping—placed on a Wednesday—did not arrive until the following Tuesday. So overall, really bad experience. Tori Richard’s needs to return its focus to quality service."
