We have streamlined our process to expedite your order which unfortunately means you cannot cancel or make edits to your order once it has been placed.
Shipping carriers are experiencing some delays due to extreme circumstances, such as high shipping volumes and seasonal extreme weather. In some areas across the U.S., prolonged severe weather may impact the ability for carriers to pick-up and deliver to certain areas, therefore creating delays. We are all working through this together, please allow for slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
On some packages, we may require a signature upon delivery and it will be noted on your order confirmation. However, we do not add this upon request.
If the item you received was due to a mistake on our part, we will happily replace the item (if available) and refund all shipping charges.
We ship Monday - Friday. All orders will ship within 48 hours of placing the order but may take up to 72 hours during peak holiday or promotion times.
If you choose USPS as the shipping method, they do deliver on Saturdays but it is not specifically requested or guaranteed. Currently, Saturday delivery is not an option for FEDEX shipping.
