Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. For your convenience, we offer a $9 prepaid FedEx label. For items purchased in one of our Tori Richard stores, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, a company check will be issued or a store credit can be arranged. Any free gifts with purchase must be sent back with your return to receive a refund to the original form of payment. If free gifts with purchase are not received, a refund in the form of an e-gift certificate will be issued.Return Items
