We hope that you are happy with your online purchase, but if you would like to return an item for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 35 days of the original online invoice. Garments must be unworn and have original tags attached. Swim wear is non-returnable. For your convenience, we offer a $9 prepaid FedEx label. Any unauthorized returns beyond our policy will not be refunded and may be returned back to you. For items purchased in one of our Tori Richard stores, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. Garments must be unworn and have the original hang tags attached. A Tori Richard return sticker is also required on the original hang tag. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, a company check will be issued or a store credit can be arranged. Merchandise returned after 30 days will be returned at the current selling price and store credit will be issued. All sales are final on sale merchandise.
Free Gift With Purchase
Any free gifts with purchase must be sent back with your return to receive a refund to the original form of payment. If free gifts with purchase are not received, a refund in the form of an e-gift certificate will be issued.
Return Policy for Holiday Gift Purchases
We will gladly accept gift returns through January 15, 2020, for purchases made between November 1 and December 5, 2020. Our standard 35 day return window will cover any purchases made after December 5, 2020. If the original purchase was made prior to November 1, 2020 and a refund to the original form of payment is not possible, a gift card in the amount of the original purchase amount will be issued.

Once your return is received and processed, your card will be refunded. You will receive a notification to confirm that you have been credited. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for credits to post to an account. If you do not see it, please contact your financial institution.
To ensure that you get the size or item(s) you’d like to exchange for, please place a new order. This is the fastest and easiest way to guarantee your replacements. Your credit card will be charged for the new order. When we receive your returned merchandise your credit card will be refunded. Create an account to help expedite your order and refund.
If your gift was purchased on our website, you can download and fill out our Gift Return Form. Please include the completed form in your package with your item(s) for return and ship back to the address below. Once we’ve received your return, you’ll receive an email from us along with a store credit in the amount of the original purchase amount. At this time, store credits may only be used on toririchard.com. You may check the amount of your store credit on our website at any time and if you have created an account, it will also be stored there.

Yes, you can return an online purchase to any Tori Richard retail store within our return policy and accompanied by an online receipt. If your online order was paid with PayPal, you will receive a store merchandise credit. Click here to find the store nearest you.
