Our Rosalee Dress is a minidress with cutouts at the waist, featuring puff sleeves, and a short dirndl skirt. The Jewel's neck is detailed with an elastic gather at the neck and a keyhole at the back neck. The middle back remains open with elastic at the bodice, waist, and sleeve cuffs. Crafted from a blend of Cotton and Spandex Stretch Poplin.
