Position: Full Time Operations Associate

Locations:

• NEW Flagship location in Waikiki

The Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the management team in maintaining back-of-house organization. The Operations Associate is accountable for conducting the processing, filing, and reporting of shipping and receiving documentation with accuracy and timeliness, as well as participating in the organization and standards maintenance of front and back of house.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Oversight

· Responsible for establishing and maintaining back of house organization and replenishment practices in partnership with store leadership.

· Ensures the sales floor is appropriately merchandised and that integrity in product displays is maintained.

· Fulfills omni-channel sales orders.

· Responsible for receiving, shipping, and processing all purchase orders, advance shipping notices, returns to vendor, transfers, and stock balance requests in partnership with leadership and store teams.

· Ensures organization, cleanliness, and standards are in place for all back-of-house organization.

Operational Excellence

• Supports store leadership team in controlling company assets, loss prevention, and inventory management.
• Manages inventory regarding loss prevention, cycle counting, receiving of merchandise, damages, transfers, returns-to-vendor, backstock placement, etc.
• Manages store responsibilities for product by utilizing the monthly Delivery Calendar.
• Provides feedback on back-of-house and merchandising processes to store leadership and the retail office.

Store Standards

• Assists in floor-sets and promotional directives.
• Contributes to the overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and backroom, with direct responsibility for the backroom.
• Ensures store appearance and atmosphere supports and reinforces the brand image.
• Understands, supports, and complies with all company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of one to two years retail experience preferred.

The Garment Finisher is responsible for completing the final steps in the production process. This includes pressing and inspecting all garments for sewing flaws, trimming loose threads, attaching hangtags, and verifying order quantities. The position requires the daily operation of an industrial steam ironing machine and knowledge of the appropriate temperature settings and pressing methods for different types of fabrications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• · Effectively prioritize workload to ensure orders are completed on time.
• · Trim all loose threads, attach hangtags, and inspect garments for sewing flaws and fabric damages.
• · Iron and press using the correct temperature settings and methods for each type of garment.
• · Perform physical count to verify the production quantity is accurate before delivering the completed order to our shipping department.
• · Conduct simple garment repairs and stain removal by hand.
• · Ensure steam iron and ironing board are cleaned regularly and in good working condition and notify the Production Manager if they need maintenance or repair.
• · Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols.
• · Assist Production Clerk with year-end physical inventory of trims.
• · Perform other duties and tasks as needed.
• · Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Industrial steam iron operating experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic pattern terminology and of basic garment construction techniques is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of single needle industrial sewing machines is a plus.
• Must be detail oriented and willing to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to fluctuating deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate across departments.

The Uniform Division Coordinator is responsible for the monitoring of customer accounts, creating and maintaining time and action calendars and assisting with customers’ needs throughout the development and production process. This position also includes administrative duties. Including, scheduling meetings, preparing, and editing reports, and updating line charts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

· Generate and monitor customer sales orders.

· Administrative duties

· Initiate and update customer accounts, provide product information and support services to customers.

· Communicate across departments for purposes of producing, invoicing, and shipping of customer orders.

· Creates and maintains Master Line Charts for customer accounts.

· Monitors, updates, and manages uniform inventory (finished goods, customer owned fabric, fit line, ready-to-wear, etc.)

· Assists in uniform order data accumulation and submission for production orders.

· Work towards improving internal processes and building strong relationships across functional departments to ensure maximum efficiency.

· Other duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge/education in Apparel, Design, or Merchandising or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
• Must have previous data entry experience with ability to create spreadsheets and use formulas.
• Requires strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
