Digital Communications Manager

 

Duties:

  • Develop, plan and monitor performances for multi platforms marketing strategy in partnership with both cross-functional and external agency teams.
  • Lead the copywriting flow – Set work timelines and deliverables identifying partners and resources as needed.
  • Ensures flawless execution of digital campaigns across marketing channels and stores.
  • Identifies and drives opportunities to continuously improve digital marketing and advertising performance, tools, documentation, and processes by analyzing performance and competitive research. Takes ownership of opportunities and sees through to execution.
  • Communicates initiatives for the department to members community as needed.
  • Coordinates and manage resources, leading team partners to ensure a smooth execution of the campaigns.
  • Audit regularly on marketing platforms to ensure the quality of the deliverable.
  • Manage resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods and materials.
  • Perform keyword research to identify relevant search queries to target
  • Write punchy product titles and product features to drive conversion
  • Keep product listings up to date and fixing any listing issues that arise
  • Assist the marketing senior manager with communication with Press & PR

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related area and/or four years of Digital Marketing/Social Media management experience preferred.
  • Proficient/Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Asana or similar, Analytics Tools, Adwords, Facebook Ads page management, paid search, and display advertising. 
  • Some technical competency and previous experience in working in both marketing and web production e-commerce environment.
  • Knowledge of current online trends in the industry.
  • A positive attitude towards collaboration, and initiative with a “can do attitude” to ensure company financial goals are met.
  • Organizational and time management skills are a must.
  • Prior website merchandising experience.
  • Prior experience with online retailing and marketing in a B2C setting.
  • Expertise with multi-channel customer acquisition.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Consumer apparel experience preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
